AmeriQuest buys CURE
AmeriQuest Transportation Services, a provider of fleet management services, said Monday it has acquired the assets of CURE Leasing & Maintenance. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
AmeriQuest Leasing & Maintenance Inc., a new subsidiary created for the acquisition, will operate as CURE. The company will be based in Norcross, Ga.
CURE provides financing and maintenance services to independent contractors and contract carriers that are affiliated with delivery and logistics companies. Greg Jordan will operate as the company's chief executive officer, and Ed Wilkinson will serve as president and chief operating officer, AmeriQuest said.
