ANS handles TAM’s cargo in southern U.S.

   Brazil’s TAM Cargo has contracted with Airline Network Services to operate as its general sales agent in 15 states across the southern United States.
   ANS will provide GSA services to TAM in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
   TAM, which operates A330 and B767 planes, provides scheduled daily flights from Miami to Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and Manaus; and from Orlando, Fla. to Sao Paulo, said Jens Tubbesing, ANS chief executive.
   ANS maintains reservation centers in New York and Los Angeles.
