Antwerp Port Authority names Asia-Pacific representatives
Belgium’s Antwerp Port Authority has appointed two Hong Kong-based executives of Asia-Euro Consultancy Ltd., Patrice Thys and Hans Erik Rhodius, as its representatives for Asia-Pacific.
“The purpose of this appointment is to promote the port of Antwerp to existing and potential clients in the Asia-Pacific region and to secure a presence closer to the clients within the region,” the port authority said. “Their mission is to convince shippers and forwarders increasingly to use the Port of Antwerp as the entrance point into Europe.”
