Antwerp port, Indian group to collaborate    The Port of Antwerp said Friday it has signed an agreement with India-based Essar Ports to collaborate on port projects in India.
   Essar and the Port of Antwerp International (PAI), a subsidiary of the Antwerp Port Authority, agreed on a memorandum of understanding, signed by Rajiv Agarwal, chief executive officer of Essar Ports, and Marc Van Peel and Yannick Dufraimont, chairman and CEO of PAI.
   Essar Ports is one of the largest private port operators in India, with stakes in four ports, and aims to expand its port operations. Initially the collaboration will focus on Essar's facilities in the Port of Hazira in western India. The agreement also calls for joint training of port professionals.
