ANZDL, CONTSHIP CONTAINERLINES RELOCATE U.S. MANAGEMENT TO TAMPA
Australia-New Zealand Direct Line and Contship Containerlines, sister companies of CP Ships, are relocating their management and support services to Tampa.
Those services are being transferred from ANZDL's office in Santa Ana, Calif., and Contship's office Virginia Beach, Va., which will be closed.
Tampa already serves as management and support services base for two other CP Ships brands; Lykes Lines and TMM Lines.
“By focusing on Tampa, we are able to promote further cooperation, coordination and synergy across the four brands. This strengthens their ability to compete and develop their services in a way that best suits their customers,” said David Halliday, CP Ships senior vice president Australasian and Europe/Asian trades.
