For instance, APHIS will access a fee of $480 per inspected commercial vessel; $4.75 per truck arrival or $95 for calendar year 2002 decal; $7 per loaded railcar arrival or a $140 prepaid arrival fee for each loaded railcar during fiscal year 2002; and $65 per inspected commercial aircraft.
