The 'Central America Express II' will be added to the Central America/CAX service. The first voyage will depart Puerto Cortez, Honduras Nov. 8. The service also calls Puerto Barrios, Guatemala and Port Everglades.
The second weekly sailing is being driven by growth in shipments of wearing apparel, consumer goods, and refrigerated cargo, said Manny Fernandez, president of the Latin America Region for APL.
