APL JOINS HANJIN’S ASIA/EUROPE CEX SERVICE

APL JOINS HANJIN’S ASIA/EUROPE CEX SERVICE    APL has introduced an additional Asia/Europe container service by joining the weekly Asia/Europe CEX service operated by Hanjin Shipping.
   APL markets the service under the name “Far East Express.”
   The service calls Hamburg, Rotterdam, Felixstowe, Singapore, Chiwan, Xingang, Qingdao, Shanghai, Chiwan, Singapore, Hamburg, Rotterdam and
Felixstowe.
   Sinotrans Container Lines and Hanjin’s fellow partners in the CKYHS alliance — COSCO Container Lines, “K” Line, Yang Ming and Senator Lines — also take space on the CEX service.
   According to ComPairData, the global liner shipping database on the Internet, after joining the CEX service, APL now offers four weekly Asia/Europe services.
