APL LOGISTICS, CARMICHAEL LINK UP WITH JOINT BROKERAGE SERVICE    APL Logistics and Customs broker and forwarder Carmichael International Service have entered into an agreement to provide clients with Customs brokerage services.
   The joint services agreement will be marketed as “APL Logistics Customs Brokerage Services” and operated by Carmichael.
   “APL Logistics and Carmichael have a long tradition of working together,” said John Salvo, president of Carmichael International Services. The Customs broker and international forwarder operates in the ports and cities of Los Angeles/Long Beach, New York/New Jersey, Chicago, San Francisco/Oakland, Seattle/Tacoma, Boston, Atlanta, Savannah, Louisville, Memphis and Miami.
