APM Terminals joins U.S. security group

   APM Terminals North America Inc., an affiliate of the A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S group, has joined the Maritime Security Discussion Agreement.

   The agreement is a forum of carrier-affiliated and independent terminal operators that includes most large U.S. operators.

   Maersk Sealand, a sister company of APM Terminals North America, was already a member of the Maritime Security Discussion Agreement.
