APM Terminals wins Zeebrugge concession    A.P. Moller-Maersk group-owned APM Terminals has signed a concession agreement with the Zeebrugge Port Authority for the Albert II dock south at the Belgian port.
   APM Terminals Zeebrugge N.V. will develop, operate and manage the container terminal for a period of 36 years.
   Construction of the terminal is already under way. The facility is expected to be operational in 2005. When complete, the terminal will have a quay length of 900 meters (2,953 feet); water depth of 15 meters (49 feet) at all tides; a 57-hectare yard; an initial seven “super post-Panamax” gantry cranes, increasing to 11; and an annual throughput capacity of more than one million TEUs.
   Recently, APM Terminals won a 30-year concession for a container terminal at Tangiers, Morocco.
