Francis joined Arpin in 2003 and was previously relocation coordinator, overseeing international corporate shipments. His new job responsibilities include billing, assisting relocation coordinators in the office with international and domestic shipments and managing large customer accounts.
Francis will also provide direct daily operations assistance to Mark Dearborn, vice president of quality assurance for parent company Arpin Group Inc. and general manager of Arpin Boston.
