ARZOON, A.T. KEARNEY FORM ALLIANCE    Arzoon, based in San Mateo, Calif., a provider of Internet-based transportation management services, has begun an alliance with A.T. Kearney, the global consulting firm.
   A.T. Kearney’s clients will have direct exposure to Arzoon’s Transportation Management Trading Network of online services. Arzoon and its clients can access selected A.T. Kearney consulting services.
   “Working together, both A.T. Kearney and Arzoon will gain insights into how the Internet creates efficiencies in strategic and tactical needs” for the clients and customers of both companies, said Randy Garber, transportation services co-leader of A.T. Kearney’s Operations Services Practice.
