Arzoon, based in San Mateo, Calif., a provider of software for networked logistics solutions, has acquired From2, a provider of Web-native trade compliance solutions.
“Integrating procurement, inventory management and transportation with trade management into a seamless solution is a must for our clients,” said Farid Dibachi, chief executive officer of Arzoon.
“The combined functionality of our product suite creates solutions that empower companies to conduct business with precision,” said Leon Fralic, CEO of From2.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. From2 has offices in Miami and Washington, D.C.
