ASG EXPANDS E-COMMERCE HEAVYWEIGHT EXPEDITED SERVICE TO EUROPE
Associated Global Systems said Tuesday it has extended its e-Commerce Heavyweight Delivery Services to France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Holland, Belgium, Spain and Italy.
The time-definite service, started last year, is for shipments of more than 75 pounds.
Services include Web-based online tracking, special packing, two-man delivery teams, unpacking at customers' sites, installation and testing of products, recovery and return of defective merchandise, and off-hour pickup and delivery.
“The seven European countries to which we have just extended the program is only the beginning,” said Norman Freeman, AGS founder and president. “We have the global resources already in place to rapidly expand the program into every country that we serve.”
