The board of directors of ASG AB, the Swedish forwarding and logistics
company, said that it will prepare for the delisting of ASG AB from the Stockholm stock
exchange within six months.
ASG is now majority-owned by the Deutsche Post/Danzas group.
Deutsche Post/Danzas and Sweden Post own 97 percent of the share capital of
ASG.
