Industry veteran Flynn was president and CEO at Santa Ana, Calif.-based global freight forwarder GeoLogistics Corp., overseeing the company’s $454 million sale last year to Kuwaiti logistics firm PWC Logistics.
Flynn has also held senior roles at freight railroad CSX Transportation, and during a prior 23-year career with U.S. shipping line Sea-Land Service, which was sold to Denmark’s Maersk Line in 1999.
