ATLAS SIGNS AIR FRANCE
Air France has signed a long-term agreement with Atlas Air for the lease
of a B747 freighter.
Atlas, based in Colorado, operates B747-200 and B747-400 freighters for
airlines under contracts called ACMI or wet leases, for aircraft, crew,
maintenance and insurance.
The Atlas B747 will give Air France more cargo lift for the
transatlantic peak shipping season this fall.
