French authorities have approved Norbert Dentressangle’s acquisition of Daher’s freight forwarding activities. Financial details were not released.
The deal for the freight forwarding business, which generated revenues of 80 million euros last year from its 11 offices in France and Russia, was first announced in July.
According to a press release, this deal will strengthen Norbert’s work in the aviation, chemical, automotive and luxury goods industries.
