Minocha joined British Airways in 1995 and has worked in a variety of positions in India, including customer services agent and operations coordinator at Delhi airport. Chawla has worked for British Airways World Cargo for more than three years, most recently as account manager north India.
Both will report to Mat Burton, area manager India and Nepal.
