Barbados minister slated to keynote fall conference

Barbados minister slated to keynote fall conference Barbados Minister of Tourism Noel Lynch will be the keynote speaker at the International Shipping and Trade Conference, Sept. 18-20 in Bridgetown, Barbados.
   The conference is being organized by Barbados-based Global Conferencing and Education. Other confirmed speakers include Stephen Caldwell, main author of the recent Government Accountability Office report on port security in the Caribbean Basin, and Bob McCalla, international trade specialist and professor of St. Mary's University in Nova Scotia.
