Based in St. Charles, Ill., Power Packaging provides consumer-packaged goods shippers with customized manufacturing and packaging services. The company has about 2,400 employees operating from five facilities in the United States and Canada.
Bauer has worked in the consumer packaged goods and food industries for more than 20 years. Before joining the company, he was senior vice president of global sales and marketing for The NutraSweet Co.
