BAX Global starts two China subsidiaries
Irvine, Calif.-based BAX Global, the freight forwarding arm of The Brink’s Co., has formed subsidiaries in Guangzhou and Shanghai.
The two subsidiaries are BAX Global Freight Forwarding (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd. and BAX Global (China) Co. Ltd.
“The formation of these companies will enhance significantly BAX’s ability to meet customers’ service requirements throughout China. The new companies will allow BAX to directly book space, first with ocean carriers, and later with air carriers,” said Andrew Jillings, BAX Global’s vice-president for North East Asia.
