BDP ACQUIRES ASIA PACIFIC VENTURE
BDP International has acquired all outstanding shares of the Havi Group, its partner in the joint venture BDP-Asia Pacific.
through the acquisition, BDP-Asia Pacific becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Philadelphia-based BDP International.
The joint venture, established in 1994, operates 10 offices in Beijing, Dalton, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Quingda, Shanghai and Hong Kong China; Kuala Lumpur and Kuantan, Malaysia; and Taipei, Taiwan.
The Havi Group was based in Downers Grove, Ill.
