Bernuth Lines plans rate hike for Dominican Republic
Bernuth Agencies Inc. said Bernuth Lines will implement a general rate increase for all shipments between the United States and the Dominican Republic, effective July 1.
Bernuth, which uses its own terminal in Miami and calls Rio Haina in the Dominican Republic, said the increase will be $100 for all types of 40-foot equipment and $125 for equipment 45 feet or larger.
