BID.COM SIGNS THREE-YEAR DEAL WITH DBI LOGISTICS

   Bid.Com International Inc., an electronic commerce service provider, has entered into a three-year agreement with DBI Logistics, a U.K.-based neutral online transportation marketplace.

   Under the agreement, DBI Logistics will employ Bid.Com's technology for the business-to-business industry to allow shippers and transporters tender and sell services throughout Europe.

   “By streamlining tendering and negotiation processes, DBI Logistics will assist both shippers and transporters generate efficiencies and improve margins,” said Ruth Ward, chief executive officer of London-based DBI Logistics.

   DBI Logistics expects to begin processing registrations at its Web site, http://www.dbilogistics.com , on April 8 and expects to begin full trading capabilities in June.

   Bid.Com will receive an initial implementation fee s well as an on-going share of transaction fees over the course of the three-year agreement.
