BIS seeks comments on licensing of ag commodities to Cuba

The U.S. Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security is seeking public comments on the effectiveness of its licensing procedures for agricultural commodity exports to Cuba.

   The agency said it would include a description of these comments in its biennial report to Congress, which is required by the 2000 Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act.
