Blank Rome’s Warde relocates to Hong Kong

   Conor Warde has relocated from the Washington, D.C., office of Blank Rome to its affiliate Blank Rome Solicitors in Hong Kong.

   Warde is a maritime and corporate attorney who focuses his practice primarily on regulatory and transactional matters. The firm said he has represented ship owners, managers, flag states, banks, private equity firms and shipyards.

   Prior to joining Blank Rome, Warde served as in-house counsel to the Marshall Islands Ship and Corporate Registries, and also gained experience with the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative in Washington, the Crown Prosecution Service in London and a financial services company in Luxembourg. In addition to being a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong, Warde is a qualified U.S. attorney and an English solicitor.
