Port firefighters arrived at the scene at around 3:00 p.m. local time and extinguished the blaze a couple hours later. No injuries have been reported.
While the ship was undamaged, the conveyor belt was completely melted.
According to the local 12News, Port Arthur firefighters are still investigating the cause of the fire.
