BNSF LAUNCHES BNSF LOGISTICS    Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp., a major U.S. railroad, said Tuesday it has formed BNSF Logistics LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary to be based in Springdale, Ark.
   BNSF Logistics will form its “management infrastructure and customer base” from “certain assets of Clicklogistics Inc.,” according to a BNSF statement.
   Clicklogistics was a Boston-based 3PL technology company that MeridianIQ recently bought, in part.
   Matt Rose, chairman, president, and chief executive officer of BNSF, said that Eric Wolfe had been appointed vice president of BNSF Logistics. Wolfe had been chief operating officer of Clicklogistics.
   The formation of BNSF Logistics will enable the railroad “to reach deeper into our customers’ supply chains,” Rose said.
   The new subsidiary will offer the railroad’s customers a suite of logistics products and services, including network analysis and multi-modal transportation management.'
