Bobac leases San Leandro warehouse
Alameda-based transportation and storage company Bobac CFS has leased the 8.5-acre San Leandro site formerly occupied by Prescolite for just under $5 million.
The five-year lease for the 165,000-square-foot building takes effect Sept. 1.
Formed in 1984, Bobac also operates a 241,000-square-foot facility in Alameda capable of handling up to 100 containers at a time.
Serving the ports of Oakland and San Francisco, Bobac also maintains U.S. Customs, U.S. Department of Agriculture and Federal Drug Administration inspection facilities.
