BOLERO ELECTRONIC SYSTEM READY FOR LAUNCH

   Bolero, the electronic communication system backed by the Through
Transport Club and the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications, will
be launched commercially on Sept. 27.

   Bolero will provide to international traders and to companies involved in
the transport chain a third-party electronic system for the secure delivery of trade
documentation. The system will be able to transfer paper-less negotiable bills of lading.

   Initially, Bolero will provide two services: a core messaging service; and
a title registry which offers the ability to control the ownership of goods and contracts
on-line.
