BORRONE PICKED TO RECEIVE CONNIE AWARD
Lillian A. Borrone, executive director of the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey, has been picked as the 2000 recipient of the Connie Award, which is presented by the Containerization & Intermodal Institute.
“Lillian Borrone is being recognized for her intelligent and skillful management of the Port Authority’s waterborne and waterfront resources and the significant posture she has attained worldwide for her vision and accomplishments,” said Michael B. Berzon, a member of the Institute’s executive board.
