Brightpoint distributing Google phone    Brightpoint had entered into a deal with HTC Corp. to ship Google’s Nexus 1 telephone.
   Google announced its entry into the cell phone market earlier this week with a telephone made by HTC Corp.
   Brightpoint said it will perform fulfillment services for HTC including inbound receiving, inventory management, kitting of product, and picking and shipping of end-user orders from the Google Web store, and transportation management.
   Indianapolis-based Brightpoint said earlier this week it handled nearly 83 million units in 2009. That’s a reduction of about 5 percent from 2008, but the company said it believes it gained market share because “global sell-in” for the wireless device industry is estimated to have declined 7 percent to 10 percent in 2009 from 2008.
