BSY Associates names Hagen as crisis response director
Barbara Spector Yeninas Associates Inc., a marketing and communications company representing ocean carriers, third-party logistics providers and ports, has appointed Ann H. Hagen director of crisis management.
Hagen directed media relations and business development for Hudson Marine Management Services Inc. She will head BSY Associates' new business unit focused on crisis communications management for marine vessel operators.
