BTL AB, the Swedish transport and forwarding company, has de-listed its
shares from the Stockholm and Copenhagen stock exchanges.
The decision to de-list the company follows its acquisition by Stinnes,
the German transport group. BTL is now a wholly owned subsidiary of
Stinnes, which also owns the German forwarding group Schenker.
The land transport operations of both BTL and Schenker now operate under the
name Schenker-BTL. They will become a division of Schenker.
The air and sea forwarding activities of BTL, trading under the name
Wilson, are up for sale, BTL said.
