C.R. England reorganizes leadership

Due to the death of Chief Executive Officer Wayne Cederholm earlier this month, C.R. England has reorganized its senior leadership.
Chad England, who formerly served as chief operating officer, will take over as CEO, and Dan England has been promoted from president to co-chairman. Chief Financial Officer Josh England will also serve as president.
“While Wayne Cederholm’s passing was certainly unexpected, the company has always had in place a strong plan for leadership continuity,” Dan England said in a statement.
“This reorganization is designed to reinforce and further promote C. R. England’s position in the marketplace as an industry leader. These moves allow us to further increase the focus on our drivers, customers and employees and provide for more concentration on strategic future planning while continuing to solidify our position as the world’s largest temperature-controlled carrier,” he added. – Jon Ross
