Calif. delegation talks trade in South Korea

Calif. delegation talks trade in South Korea    California state officials, led by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, last week embarked on a trade mission to South Korea in an effort to gin up exports there and encourage investment in the state.
   Long Beach Harbor Commissioner Mike Walter accompanied the delegation, with the goal of increasing business with the port's second-largest trading partner, the port said.
   As part of the trade mission, Walter signed a memorandum of understanding with the Port of Busan on behalf of the California Association of Port Authorities (CAPA), supporting environmental measures, security and economic development to encourage increased trade between the Port of Busan and the 11 California ports represented by CAPA.
