Cambridge Systematics appoints senior managers

Cambridge Systematics appoints senior managers

   Transportation planning and systems developer Cambridge Systematics has named Steve Capecci as chief of consulting operations and Sarah Ginand as chief of corporate services.

   Allison Karoly has taken over as marketing director of the Cambridge, Mass.-based firm.

   Capecci will be responsible for overseeing the firm's domestic and international consulting business and client relationships. He has more than 15 years of experience providing consulting services to public-sector transportation agencies at the federal, state, local and regional levels. He serves as the firm's program manager for numerous large contracts, including those with the Federal Highway Administration's Office of Freight Mobility and Operations, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and Interstate 95 Corridor Coalition.

   Ginand, who joined Cambridge Systematics in 1993, has experience in management, process improvement, information systems, marketing and corporate communication. She most recently served as marketing director.

   Karoly joined Cambridge Systematics in 2001 as a marketing coordinator and most recently served as marketing manager.
