CANADA MARITIME APPOINTS TRADE MANAGERS

   Canada Maritime, the Montreal-based transatlantic operator, has promoted
two executives to senior trade management positions in Europe.
   Aad L. Wielaard, has been named director, Mediterranean trade, for
Canmar in Europe. He will have overall responsibility for Canmar’s European
marketing activities.
   Wielaard was general manager, Mediterranean trade.
   Harry M. Sleven has been named general manager, North Europe trade,
responsible for coordinating both westbound and eastbound commercial
activities in Europe. He was commercial manager, eastbound for Canmar’s
North Europe service.
