CANADA MARITIME REORGANIZES NORTH AMERICA MANAGEMENT

   Canada Maritime has restructured its North American management, including naming Peter Heller vice president, North Atlantic service.

   Heller, who retains responsibility for agri products, replaces Jeremy Lee who has taken a position with Canmar's parent company, CP Ships.

   Heller has been vice president, Mediterranean service, since 1995. joined CP Ships in 1973.

   Heller is succeeded by Tony Boemi as vice president, Mediterranean. He was regional director, Quebec and has worked with the CP Ships Group since 1975.

   Daniel Belisle has been named vice president, marketing and development, after serving as vice president of finance for North America. He joined Canmar in 1995 and has served with CP Ships since 1979.

   Carlo Plescia replaces Boemi as regional director, Quebec. He was general manager, northern services.

   Dave Bauman has joined Canmar as vice president, agencies, based in Montreal. He was president of the North American organization of CCAL which was recently acquired by CP Ships.
