Canadian to head port group in coming year The American Association of Port Authorities wound up its annual meeting Thursday and appointed Allen O. Domaas as chairman of its board for the 2007 fiscal year.
   Domaas is president and chief executive officer of Fraser River Port Authority in New Westminster, British Columbia. He will also chair the Canadian delegation for 2006-2007.
   The AAPA represents seaports throughout the Western Hemisphere. The U.S. delegation chair for the coming year will be Warren McCrimmon, seaport director for the Toledo-Lucas County (Ohio) Port Authority. Nassau Port Authority Controller Capt. Anthony J. Allens will be chairman for the Caribbean delegation, and Agustin D'az, Cura'ao Ports Authority’s managing director, will be chairman of the Latin American delegation.
