Cargo Airport Services, which is based at JFK International Airport, provides ramp, international cargo handling and facilities management to more than 50 carriers and freight forwarders. With the acquisition it now provides services in eight locations.
Michael Duffy, president of Cargo Airport Services, said the current management of Cargo Zone would remain with the company.
