CARPENTER TO HEAD ITC OFFICE OF INVESTIGATION
The International Trade Commission has appointed Robert G. Carpenter to director of the Office of Investigations.
Carpenter will oversee the ITC’s import injury investigations under the country’s antidumping and countervailing duty regulations, the global and China safeguard provisions, and other import injury statutes.
Carpenter has served with the ITC’s Office of Investigations since 1984.
