“The Senegal-to-Mali transport corridor has further deteriorated,” OTL said. “Road bottlenecks and rail strikes are prevalent. Therefore we would advise using alternative routes to Bamako via Abidjan, Conakry (Guinea), Lom' (Togo) and Tema (Ghana).”
OTL did say it would continue to offer a road service to Kayes (in western Mali) to Dakar (in Senegal).
