Carriers add Mundra to Asia/Middle East/Indian sub loop

   CMA CGM, Gold Star Line, Hanjin Shipping, Norasia Container Lines, Samudera Shipping Line and Zim Integrated Shipping Services are adding calls at the Indian port of Mundra to the joint weekly Asia/Middle East/Indian subcontinent/Asia “Super Galex” service.

   The first call at Mundra on the “Super Galex” will be made by the vessel “Ville de Mars” Nov. 28. The revised port rotation is Shanghai, Qingdao, Xingang, Busan, Chiwan, Singapore, Port Kelang, Colombo, Jebel Ali, Khor Fakkan, Karachi, Mundra, Nhava Sheva, Port Kelang, Singapore, Hong Kong and back to Shanghai.

   According to ComPair Data, the global liner-shipping database, following the addition of the “Super Galex” service, eight deepsea liner services will call at the growing port of Mundra.
