Cass, ControlPay sign partnership agreement
St. Louis-based Cass Information Systems Inc., a provider of transportation, utility and telecommunications invoice payment and information services, has reached a strategic agreement with Dutch firm ControlPay to offer services to each other’s customers on either side of the Atlantic.
Cass said an important part of the relationship with ControlPay would be the integration of transportation expense information with Cass' Web-based information delivery services, CassPort, for the North American activity of its customers.
'Our plans are to continue to increase our capabilities to provide global processing and expense management solutions to our customers with broad international businesses,' said Eric Brunngraber, Cass' chief operating officer.
