Cast has eliminated Le Havre as a direct call on its Montreal/northern
Europe service and instead will take slots on the Route 1 service of Canada
Maritime and OOCL.
Cast said it would reduce transit times by going with the CanMar/OOCL
service, which calls Le Havre direct.
Under a reciprocal slot-purchase agreement with CanMar and OOCL, Cast also
has space between Montreal and Thamesport on their route 1 service and between Montreal
and Hamburg on their route 2 loop.
Cast is a sister company of Canada Maritime.
