Under the initially proposed rule, published in the March 13 Federal Register, the repaired or altered goods returning to the United States would be assessed under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading numbers 9802.00.40, 9802.00.50, or 9802.00.60.
“The notice is being withdrawn to permit further consideration of the relevant issues involved in the proposed rulemaking,” the agency said.
