CCNI raises congestion surcharge for Puerto Cabello    Chilean ocean carrier Compania Chilena de Navegacion Interoceanica said that congestion at Puerto Cabello has forced it to raise its congestion surcharge for all export and import cargo at the Venezuelan port to $93 per TEU and $186 per FEU.
